1. Diamond & Gold Authenticity

All diamonds offered by Vœuxstar are accompanied by independent laboratory certificates (GIA, IGI, or SGL). Gold purity (18K and 22K) is verified with BIS Hallmark certification.

2. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom CAD designs and made-to-order engagement rings require client design approval prior to metal casting and diamond setting.

3. Shipping & Transit Insurance

Every Vœuxstar shipment is fully insured in transit from our atelier to your doorstep. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.
